Yandex

Note: We support Yandex header bidding now! You can enable Yandex bidding when adding Yandex ad source on Taku.

Rewarded video, Interstitial, native and banner ads are supported. Please make sure you integrated Taku SDK version >= 6.1.20.

 

Step1. Create Yandex account

Go to Yandex's publisher platform to create an account: click on "Get started".

 

Step2. Add your apps and ad units

(1) Add your app

Login to your account, go to Ads in apps, and click New app button. Follow the steps to set up your apps here.

 

(2) Set up ad units

When your app is set up, you can create ad units under id. Select ad format and add necessary configurations.

② If you want to add Yandex bidding ad units, select “Maximum revenue”.

 

Step3. Configure Yandex's Report API

(1) Fill out the Token in Yandex

 Click the API Botton, and select Get OAuth token for statistics API

 

(2) Configure the Yandex Report API in Taku

Navigate to Taku→ Network→Monetization→ New Network (Yandex) → Edit (Report API = ON )

Step3(1). Enable Auto create Ad Source

If you need to use the Auto create Ad Source function, you need to obtain the Block Configuration API.

Operation in Yandex backend:

(1) View the API list and find the Block Configuration API

If you don't have this API, you need to contact Yandex's account manager to open permissions.

(2) Get the appid of the application (only Yandex accounts that have enabled the auto create function need to fill in the appid when adding an ad source)

Click the corresponding app to enter the app information page and copy the appid

After adding the network, fill in the above appid when adding the ad source in the TopOn background

 

Step4. Configure Yandex on Taku

(1) You need to configure the following parameter on Taku to display Yandex ads and data:

Ad Unit ID Yandex unique Ad Unit ID for each unit

 

(2) Ad Unit ID

To find the Ad Unit ID, go to Ads in apps , switch the tab to Ad units. You can find the ad unit id for all of your units here.

 

(3) Configure Yandex parameters on Taku

Note: contact our team to enable Yandex network for you for the first step.

Add ad source

① Log in to Taku and go to Network → Ad Source Management (Yandex) → Add AD Source

② Choose the correct app and placement for your ad source in the AppList. Fill in the Yandex Ad Unit ID.

③ Choose to enable the header bidding or go with waterfall pattern.

④ For the waterfall pattern, set the eCPM price of the ad source (you can set different eCPM prices for different Segments).

The ad sources will be sorted according to the eCPM price. Please fill in the real eCPM price or the forecast eCPM set by Yandex.

 

Step5. Add Yandex adapter to your code
