End-user information collected by mobile advertising participants such as merchants, programmatic advertising exchange platforms, ad mediation platforms, demand side platform, supply side platform, etc.; (ii) Taku collects through its SDK, API or other technical means, or its business partners (such as mobile application developers, advertisers, etc., hereinafter referred to as "Business Partners") or their designated third parties collect and transmit to Taku information about the interaction between end users and advertisements; (iii) Taku business partners or their designated third parties collect and transmit to Taku’s end users information generated when using the business partner’s applications, websites, platforms or other services; (iv) Taku business partners use the platform provided by Taku , information provided to Taku during the process of technology and services. In the Taku service privacy policy, the end users referred to in this paragraph are collectively referred to as "users" or "you", and the SDK, API, and any other technologies, platforms or services provided by Taku are collectively referred to as "Taku services".

(2) Information we collect from website visitors (referred to as "visitors" or "you" in the Taku website privacy policy) through the following websites: (i) Our website https://www.takuad.com/or other websites that contain this Policy; and (ii) any website provided by us to potential customers or business partners for the purpose of providing our services ("Taku Website", "Website", "Website").

 

This Privacy Policy is subject to the service agreement between Taku and you. Please read this Privacy Policy before using Taku services or Taku websites. When using Taku services or Taku website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

In order to further improve our privacy policy and services, we will revise this privacy policy from time to time. If this privacy policy is significantly modified, we will publish an announcement through the Taku website before the new privacy policy takes effect.

Data protection and ensuring the trust of business partners and you are at the core of Taku's business principles. Therefore, compliance with applicable data protection regulations is an important task for us, and this policy has been updated to comply with the requirements of applicable data protection laws, including the laws and regulations related to personal information protection in the mainland of the People's Republic of China.

 

2. How and why we collect user information

This privacy policy describes Taku’s information collection and information use behavior in the following scenarios:

Based on the nature of the user's use of Taku services or services provided by any of Taku's business partners, we may directly or through our business partners (such as: mobile application developers, programmatic advertising exchanges, ad mediation platforms, advertising demand parties Platform, traffic provider platform) collects information. For example:

(1) When we provide traffic monetization services and mobile ad mediation tools for mobile application developers, the mobile application developers will embed our SDK in their mobile applications, and we will obtain user information through the SDK;

(2) When we cooperate with a programmatic advertising exchange platform or a traffic supplier platform, when the programmatic advertising exchange platform or traffic supplier platform sends advertising needs to our demand-side platform, it may share user information with us;

(3) Our advertisers, demand side platform, programmatic advertising exchange platforms or the third-party attribution platforms they use will share user information with us;

 

In the process of providing Taku services, we do not establish direct contact with users. We will obtain users’ information on the collection and use of personal information through Taku’s business partners (such as mobile application developers using Taku’s SDK, programmatic advertising exchange platforms, ad mediation platforms, demand side platform, traffic supply-side platforms, etc.) Authorized consent. In our cooperation agreement with Taku's business partners, we have required them to promise and guarantee the legality of the data source, and they will inform users of the specific circumstances of our processing of personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, and obtain valid consent from users ( Where necessary, obtain separate consent required by applicable law) and ensure that users can revoke such consent at any time.

Taku services may link to third-party websites, applications or other third-party content. When we collect personal information such as name and email address of partners’ business representatives, our purpose is to conduct business communications with them, including necessary communications to perform the contract between us and the partner.

 

3. Personal information we may collect

When you browse advertisements using Taku services or use services provided by Taku's business partners, we and/or our business partners may collect your information. App developers may choose to share the personal information they collect with us through our SDK. To learn more about how the application developer collects, uses, and shares your personal information and whether you agree to the developer's use of your relevant personal information, please check the privacy policy of the relevant application developer. Please note that through our cooperation agreements with our partners, we will require them to obtain your full consent in advance regarding the personal information that may be collected and shared about you during the service process before using our services.

(4) When we provide Taku services to our business partners, we may collect the name, position, email address, contact address of the contact person who uses Taku services on behalf of such business partners, as well as the information they use when visiting the Taku official website. We will cooperate with programmatic advertising exchange platforms, demand side platform, traffic supply-side platforms and other partners with good reputations. After the advertising information exchange platform or the media platform receives an advertising request with your personal information, and where permitted by law, the personal information will be transferred to Taku to build your portrait, personalize your advertising experience, and Advertising is then served to you on the Internet.

 

4. Access Request

Special note: If you use a developer application that integrates Taku SDK, Taku SDK will apply for the corresponding permissions through the developer application. The developer should inform you of the Taku SDK, subject name, type and purpose of processing personal information, privacy policy, etc., and obtain your consent before using the Taku SDK to carry out relevant business functions. Since there may be some differences in the information fields collected by different SDK versions and whether they are optional, the specific collection situation is subject to the SDK version connected to the developer application you are actually using. Developers must ensure that users agree to the Privacy Policy before initializing the Taku SDK. Taku SDK users will only collect information and apply for permissions after agreeing to the "Privacy Policy".

4.4 Personalized ad recommendations 

In order to display and recommend more relevant information and provide services that are more relevant to you, our SDK will collect and use your personal information and automatically calculate and predict your preferences through computer algorithm models to match information or services that may be of interest to you.

(1) Scope of Personalized Recommendation Service: The scope of our personalized recommendation service is limited to advertising.

(2) Fields collected by personalized recommendation services: In order to provide personalized services, we may collect and use your device information (including hardware model, operating system version, device identifier (IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, OAID, MEID, AndroidID, IDFA, IDFV), and your operation information (including ad browsing, clicking, conversion and other related operation records), The overall installation usage of the Application and other information provided by other partners authorized by you. The system will automatically analyze and calculate the above information, predict your preference characteristics, and provide personalized recommended advertisements and services based on the calculation results.

(3) Training and intervention of personalized recommendation service: We will train and feedback the recommendation model in real time based on your browsing behavior during use, and continuously adjust and optimize the recommendation results. In order to meet your diverse needs and avoid excessive concentration of the same type of content, we will comprehensively use diversified technologies to automate the content and better provide high-quality content and services.

Please understand that since we do not have a direct interactive dialogue interface with you, if you wish to opt out of the personalized ad recommendation function, you can turn it off in the developer app. We have provided developers with an interface to opt out of the personalized ad recommendation service, and require developers to ensure that the interface is called when you choose to turn it off, so as to ensure that the personalized ad recommendation service truly exits.

We ask developers to note that if a developer provides end users with the personalized ad recommendation function provided by the Taku Ads SDK, the developer must inform the end users of the corresponding functions in the APP privacy policy, and ensure that the relevant APIs are called when the end user chooses to turn off the personalized ad recommendation function, and stop providing personalized recommended ads to end users.

 

5. Legal exemption from consent to process personal information

In accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, we have contractually agreed that our business partners (such as mobile application developers using Taku's SDK, advertisers, etc.) will obtain information from users or their employees on our behalf regarding the processing described in this privacy policy. of consent. Users or their employees may revoke consent at any time. At the same time, please understand that in the following situations, in accordance with laws and regulations, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to process your personal information:

(1) Necessary to enter into or perform a contract at your request;

7. How we share and disclose users’ personal information

Subject to applicable legal requirements, we may share personal information with third parties based on the following purposes and scenarios:

When we purchase advertising traffic from mobile application developers to provide them with monetization services, or when we act as a programmatic advertising trading platform or traffic supplier platform, we may, in order to fulfill our contractual obligations to business partners, include providing services to the business partners. Partners report on the performance and effectiveness of the ads that users interact with, including statistics on traffic quality, and share users' personal information with our business partners for anti-fraud purposes. In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, unless authorized by the user, we will not share the user's personal information with third parties other than Taku affiliated companies, except where the specific individual cannot be identified after processing and cannot be restored.
