Taku ADX

1.What is Taku ADX?

ADX is short for Ad Exchange. Ad Exchange is an Internet advertising trading platform. It connects DSP (buyer platform) and SSP (seller platform) and is a trading place for precision marketing.

Taku ADX provide Taku's own advertising resource, which is connected to multiple DSPs to provide further support and supplement for developers to increase their advertising monetization revenue.

For Taku Mediation Platform, Taku ADX is similar to the Header Bidding function, allowing Taku ADX to bid for the same ad impression, and only the highest bidder gets the opportunity to display, which ensures that publishers can get higher revenue for each impression.

2. Advantages and usage scenarios of Taku ADX

  • Improve ad fill and eCPM: If the advertising platforms currently integrated cannot provide sufficient ad fill rates and eCPM, then through Taku ADX, you will be able to secure higher advertising revenue.

  • A large number of connected developers have verified that when Taku ADX is opened, the application's overall traffic fill rate and per capita revenue have increased to varying degrees.

  • Developer-owned advertising resources: If you have direct cooperation with an external DSP or have your own advertising resource library, you can directly access it through the Taku ADX function.

3. Taku ADX precautions and settlement matters

3.1 Settlement Matters

Taku ADX feature involves payment transactions with publisher. Therefore, please contact Taku Business team to sign a contract before proceeding with the settlement.

The revenue from Taku ADX is based on the full report on Taku Platform (Report - Full Report - filtered advertising Network is Taku ADX).

3.2 app-ads.txt Matters

  • For developers who wish to monetize overseas traffic, we strongly recommend that when enabling Taku ADX, you fill in your domain name and company name in the Taku Developer Dashboard -> ADX Settings -> app-ads.txt page, and deploy the app-ads.txt file in the root directory of the corresponding domain. Ad networks or DSPs will also verify the app-ads.txt file through this website, allowing access to more budgets.
  • For detailed instructions, please refer to this document.

Developers catering to global traffic need to pay attention, while developers focusing on domestic traffic do not need to take related actions.

3.3 Mediate Taku ADX

Taku ADX does not require separate integration in Taku Mediation SDK. It can be directly enabled through the developer's backend, and does not require an additional release.
